Rules, Regulations and Policies

1. HAVE FUN!!
2. Checkout time is 12 noon. Check-in time is 1PM. If you wish to have a late checkout, please contact the Front Desk. A late fee of $10 per hour will be charged for guests scheduled to depart and occupying a site after 12 noon who have not notified the Front Desk. If you wish to check out late, you must have approval from the front desk. It will be based on a space available basis.
3. All site fees are due and payable in advance.
4. Resort speed limit for all vehicles is 10 MPH. Strictly enforced, this is a zero tolerance policy.
5. Guests use Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort (Resort) facilities and amenities at their own risk. The Resort is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events.
6. The Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
7. Vehicles must be parked on your site or in designated parking spaces only. Parking on grass areas, on the gravel, or in the street is prohibited. Parking spaces at the comfort stations are only to be used for Oasis guests while using the restrooms and laundry.
8. All unregistered guests are obligated to have a temporary visitors tag when visiting a registered guest. Temporary tags are available at the security gate at the entrance to the Resort.
9. Registration passes (mirror hangers) must be visibly displayed on all vehicles and RV’s. If you do not have a pass, please obtain one at the front desk.
10. Handicapped parking spaces are available around the clubhouse for those with the proper permit.
11. The Resort reserves the right to approve or reject any guest based on the age and/or appearance of their vehicle. Older RV’s must be in sound working order and well maintained. Resort Staff will inspect older units.
12. Only units licensed and approved as a Recreational Vehicle will be accepted unless approved by Resort management. RV’s and personal vehicles must possess a current registration and be able to show proof of vehicle insurance.
13. All RV’s and personal vehicles must be capable of being moved with a 24 hour notice. If an owner of an RV or personal vehicle cannot move it, then they must have it moved by a third
party, at the owners’ expense.
14. All RV’s and manufacture-approved Conversion Vans must have sleeping facilities, window coverings, approved electrical hookups (when applicable), and have the ability to be moved by the guest. Electrical adapters at the pedestals are strictly prohibited.
15. Any guests leaving a vehicle or RV unattended for more than 24 hours on site, must notify the Front Desk.
16. Mechanical work of any kind is strictly prohibited unless performed by an authorized dealer.
17. Cab-over campers may not be removed from the vehicle and placed on the ground.
18. Tent camping, sleeping in cars, or outside your RV is prohibited. Guests must be over the age of 18 to register for an RV site or stay overnight unless accompanied by an adult (21 years or older).
19. Motorized vehicle operators must observe the posted speed limit signs. Resort Management reserves the right to deny the use of any vehicle that is unsafe, excessively noisy or aesthetically conflicting with Resort standards.
20. Storage is prohibited under or around any vehicle. Structures external to the RV and not an integral part of the RV are disallowed. This includes, but is not limited to, storage sheds,
work benches, fences, and steps.
21. Sites are designated for a maximum of one (1) RV and one (1) tow(ed) vehicle. Extra vehicles, such as boats or trailers must be parked in designated parking areas, on a space available basis. The Resort does not guarantee space for extra vehicles.
22. Between dusk and dawn, motorized vehicles and bicycles must be equipped with a forward projecting light and rear reflectors. Skateboarding or rollerblading is not permitted between 10PM and 7AM. It is advisable for pedestrians to wear reflective clothing and/or carry flashlights.
23. Bicycles, and skates are not allowed on the putting course, sidewalks, across RV sites, on the pool deck, patios or in buildings. Skateboards are MOT permitted anywhere in the resort.
24. “Quiet Time” must be observed between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. Radio and television volume and other disturbing noise and activity should be controlled during these hours, except for Resort approved events. The use of generators is not allowed at any time. Children and minors under the age of 18 years are required to be at their home RV site during “Quiet Time” hours.
25. Common courtesy will prevail between all persons using the Resort. Profane, abusive and/or threatening language or actions directed at Resort personnel or other guests will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such an activity will be asked to leave the Resort. Any guest whose actions interfere with the operation of the Resort will be asked to leave.
26. Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly prohibited from loitering around the gaming machines located in the clubhouse.
27. Only high-pressure washers with a minimum of 1000 PSI are permitted for use while washing vehicles (per Clark County Water Authority).
28. Resort guests are responsible for the conduct, behavior and control of their children and visiting guests. Children under the age of 14 years must have adult supervision in the use of the comfort stations and in the clubhouse.
29. Resort Management reserves the right to remove any guest from the Resort property whose behavior adversely affects the use, enjoyment, or safety of the other guests.
30. Resort guests are financially responsible for any malicious damage to resort property.
Willful damage or defacing of Resort property will be cause for prosecution and immediate eviction.
31. There is a lost and found department located in the clubhouse. In the event of loss or theft, please notify the front desk or contact the security department immediately.
32. The Resort is a smoke-free environment, including our comfort stations.
33. Trash must be placed in the waste containers located throughout the Resort. Our waste containers cannot accommodate large items and those items should be disposed of properly. Do NOT dispose of Hazardous Waste within the Resort. We are not an authorized recycling center. Do not leave oil, batteries, paint or other hazardous materials at our dumpster, in or near our trashcans, or anywhere else in the Resort. Please keep the Resort clean by policing your site before departing.
34. Wastewater must be discharged into authorized receptacles only, and never discharged onto the ground. Sewer collars or approved sealed sewer connections are required at all times.
35. Open fires are not permitted at anytime. Charcoal or gas grills are acceptable.
36. Wildlife (e.g. pigeons/birds) are not considered pets and may not be fed at any time.
37. Appropriate dress is required at all times in the Clubhouse. Shirt and shoes must be worn when entering the Clubhouse.
38. High heeled or spiked shoes are not to be worn on the golf putting greens.
39. Washers and dryers are available inside each comfort station. Do not hang clothes outside of RV or erect clotheslines.
40. Signs and other notices may not be posted in any areas without written authorization from the General Manager. Guests are not allowed to sell, advertise or offer services while visiting the Resort. The General Manager must approve any outside business operating on or from the Resort.
41. Any guest who fails to adhere to the Rules & Regulations may be asked to leave the Resort at the sole discretion of Resort Management. All guests are required to review and understand the Rules & Regulations. These Rules&Regulations supersede any previous rules or regulations whether written or verbal.
42. Firearms, lethal weapons, or fireworks, are prohibited on Resort property at any time.
43. The Resort reserves the right to make changes to the Rules&Regulations at any time, without prior notice.
44. In the event of a meter malfunction, electric usage will be charged according to the size/type of RV you have.
