Pet Rules


Dog runs are located by sites 624, 916, and 935.
The Pet Park is located on Windmill Lane, outside the Resort.

1. Pets are defined as domestic dogs, cats, and birds, or other animals as approved by Resort management.
2. Owners are legally responsible for their pets and injury or loss caused by their pets.
3. Only two (2) pets are allowed per site. Management must approve additional pets.
4. Wildlife such as pigeons or birds, are not pets and may not be fed at any time.
5. Pets must be leashed or penned and with the pet owner at all times while outside of the owner’s RV. Dogs must be accompanied by owners and under voice command/control at all times inside the Resort and/or the Pet Park. Retractable leashes are OK.
6. Noisy and/or vicious pets are prohibited in the Resort. Dogs that are aggressive are not allowed in the Resort or Pet Park. Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes are prohibited in the Resort and Pet Park.
7. Uncontrolled barking, at any time, inside or outside the RV, is prohibited.
8. Long-term or overnight pet fences are prohibited at sites for maintenance reasons and compliance with Clark County regulations regards to RV parks. A pet fence may only be used during the time the owners are outside with the pet and must be removed any time the pet is not in the pet fence and accompanied by the owner.
9. Pet droppings must be picked up by the pet owners immediately and deposited in trash receptacles. This includes pet droppings inside pet fences.
10. Pets are not allowed on or in the golf putting course, clubhouse, clubhouse patio or decks, comfort stations, children play areas, or pool areas. Service animals are exempt.
11. Pets may not use any site, occupied or unoccupied or end caps as “dog runs”.
12. The Resort is not responsible for injuries to dogs, their owners, or others using the Resort or Pet Park. Respect other visitors, both human and canine, by keeping your dog from jumping on or interfering with other people or their pets.
13. No dog food or dog treats are allowed in the Pet Park.
14. An individual guest may bring no more than three (3) dogs to the Pet Park at any one time.
15. An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age when entering the Pet Park or dog runs. Children 5 years of age and under are not allowed in any fenced in, off-leash, area.
16. Dogs in heat, or puppies who have not had all their puppy shots, are not allowed in the fenced in, off-leash area of the Pet Park.
17. Do not allow your dog to dig holes in the Resort or Pet Park.
18. Pet blankets, pillows, mats, or similar items may not be laundered in the Resort laundry rooms.


Failure to comply with the Pet Policy may result in a fine or immediate eviction from the Resort.
Any guest not picking up after their pet or washing prohibited items in the laundry room, will be fined $50.00.
Any guest, witnessing this, and turning the guest in with proof, will receive $25.00
